Who is performance nutrition for?
Performance nutrition isn’t just for elite athletes. Whether you’re training for an event, recovering from injury, struggling with fatigue, or just want to improve your health and fitness, personalised support can help you feel and perform at your best.
How much is a consultation and what does it include?
The Initial Consultation is £250 and includes:

Follow-Up Consultations are £75 and include:

For structured support with WhatsApp access and regular check-ins, you can also choose a 6-week or 12-week package. More information is on the Services and Booking Pages.
How do your packages work?
You can choose from 6- or 12-week packages that include follow-up consults, WhatsApp support, recipes, app access, and communication with your coach or medical team where needed.
If you have already had an Initial Consultation and would like ongoing support then a Follow Up package is available from £185pm and can be found on the Booking Page.
I’ve already booked an Initial Consultation, can I still book a package?
Yes! Follow-up packages are available if you’ve already had your Initial Consultation. These are priced at £185 per month and include ongoing support.

How often do I need a consultation?
Most clients see the best progress when follow-up consultations are scheduled every 2 weeks. This regular contact allows us to review your progress, adapt your plan, and troubleshoot any challenges before they become barriers. It also helps keep you accountable and motivated, especially when working towards a performance goal, recovering from injury, or making significant changes to eating habits.
That said, frequency can be tailored to your schedule and goals. Some clients check in monthly, while others prefer more intensive support in the lead-up to competition or during rehab.
What if I’m injured or have RED-S?
Nutrition support is vital during injury recovery or when addressing low energy availability (LEA).
Frequent and ongoing communication can make a significant difference as you move through rehabilitation or work to improve your relationship with food and meet high energy demands. In these cases, a structured support package often provides the best results.
